FAQs about Plans & Pricing
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You pay the one-time setup fee, monthly retainer, and commission on sales. That's it. No surprise charges, no hidden costs. If you are seeking Selectable services, we will quote accordingly purely based on your needs.
What if my sales vary month to month?
You only pay commission on what you actually sell. Low sales month? Low commission. High sales month? We celebrate together.
Do you take equity in my business?
No. We operate on revenue share only. You maintain 100% ownership of your brand.
Is the setup fee refundable?
Setup fees cover real costs (design, development, supplier vetting). They're non-refundable, but we'll make sure you're confident before you commit.
Can I subscribe the Starter Plan multiple times?
The Starter Plan is a one-time trial designed for creators to experience our service. It exclusively covers the first product drop and does not include ongoing services like brand development or social storefront management. Each business or creator is eligible for this plan only once.
How does the upgrade pricing work?
Your setup fee always carries forward when you upgrade, you never pay twice. For example, if you start with Starter ($999) and upgrade to Launch, you only pay $3,000 more (not the full $3,999). If you later move to Scale, you only pay an additional $4,000 (not the full $7,999). This makes it easy to start small and scale up as your business grows without losing your initial investment.
How many products can I launch in each tier?
Each tier supports a specific number of product launches:
• Starter: 1 product (perfect for testing)
• Launch: 3 products (ideal for a small product line)
• Scale: 5 products (supports expanded catalog)
• Partner: Unlimited products (for aggressive expansion)
If you need more products than your current tier allows, you can easily upgrade to the next tier and only pay the difference in setup fees.
What's the difference between GMV commission and profit share?
GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) Commission: We take a percentage of your total sales revenue. This is simple, predictable, and used in Starter (0%), Launch (5%), and Scale (3%) tiers. Profit Share (2% Partner tier only): We take a percentage of your net profit after costs. This option (10%) works well for businesses with lower margins or higher operational costs, as it ensures we only earn when you're profitable.
